FeatureZens respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
FeatureZens is operated by WhoFeature LLC and functions as a hosting platform for content submitted by independent third-party developers under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). FeatureZens does not create or exercise editorial control over third-party scripts, media, or descriptions submitted by developers and therefore qualifies for the DMCA safe harbor protections available to service providers storing material at the direction of users.

Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on FeatureZens infringes your copyright, the fastest way to submit a takedown request is through our online DMCA submission form.
You may also submit a written notice by emailing business@featurezens.com.
Your notice must include all information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on FeatureZens.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Our online form may also request additional information to help verify the legitimacy of your claim, including:
- Whether you are the copyright owner, agent, or attorney.
- Your authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner (if applicable).
- Information identifying the original work.
- Identification of the specific material alleged to be infringing.
- A description explaining the alleged infringement.
- Confirmation that you understand the DMCA counter-notification process.
Notices that fail to satisfy the statutory requirements may not receive a response.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, FeatureZens will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly submits a materially false infringement claim may be liable for damages, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred by the alleged infringer, the content provider, or WhoFeature LLC.
FeatureZens reserves the right to log the IP address, user agent, and submission timestamp of every DMCA request and may pursue legal remedies against fraudulent or abusive claimants where permitted by law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by emailing business@featurezens.com.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, any district in which WhoFeature LLC may be found) and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), FeatureZens maintains a policy of terminating, where appropriate, the accounts or access of developers and users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Repeat infringers may be permanently removed from the platform and prohibited from future submissions.
No Liability for Third-Party Content
FeatureZens is not the author, publisher, or creator of content submitted by independent developers.
Developer-submitted scripts, descriptions, images, videos, and other materials are hosted solely at the direction of their respective creators.
The liability of WhoFeature LLC relating to third-party content is limited to the fullest extent permitted under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and other applicable laws.
Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted as waiving any legal defense, immunity, or limitation of liability available to WhoFeature LLC.
